Client's Goal for the Project:
Smash, a vibrant burger restaurant brand, aspired to transform the dining experience for its customers. The primary goal was to create a user-centric mobile application that not only streamlined the ordering process but also engaged users through a visually appealing interface. The client aimed to introduce innovative features, such as a gamified loyalty program, voice-activated ordering, and seamless social integration, to enhance user satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Details about My Contribution to the Project:
As the UX designer for Smash, my role centre on crafting an intuitive and visually engaging interface for the mobile application. I focused on simplifying the ordering process to make it not just functional but delightful for users. The app presents a visual feast with high-quality images, easy navigation, and customisable options, ensuring a seamless and personalised ordering experience.
I played a key role in conceptualizing and implementing a gamified loyalty program within the app. Users are incentivized to engage with the platform, unlocking exclusive discounts and receiving personalized recommendations based on their preferences and ordering history. This feature adds a layer of fun and rewards to the dining journey, fostering a sense of connection between the brand and its customers.
