Transforming Air Quality Awareness with IQAir
Client's Goal for the Project:
IQAir, as a leading air quality technology company, aimed to address the global issue of air pollution by providing timely and accessible air quality information. The client's primary goal was to create awareness about the impact of poor air quality and empower individuals, organisations, and governments with practical solutions to create healthier living and working environments.
Details about My Contribution to the Project:
As the UX designer for IQAir, my contribution focused on enhancing the user experience of the world's largest real-time air quality information platform. I worked on designing an interface that not only effectively communicates air quality data but also engages and empowers users to take informed actions. The design prioritised accessibility, ensuring that users, regardless of their technical proficiency, can easily access and interpret the information.
My role extended to optimising the platform for an ever-growing global audience. I implemented features that cater to diverse user needs, including personalised alerts, educational resources, and seamless integration with various devices. The goal was to create a user-friendly experience that fosters a sense of responsibility and community engagement in addressing air quality challenges.
